METAMORPHOSIS |

A series of digital prints, depicting a process originating from a Moorish tile pattern in the Alhambra, Granada. These images show the changes in a pattern of objects - that start out as triangles - as the boundary 'curvature' is increased in which colour and shape are also influenced by random mechanisms. This is most easily seen in the transitions from one to two to three, but after this the objects change in less expected ways. The images displayed are small sections of each of 16 out of the many possible prints obtainable as this process unfolds.
